Accommodation
Like any other major cities coupled
with lack of huge hotels, booking
ahead in Amsterdam is a must. We compiled this great database of

Transport
From The Airports Amsterdam's
international airport, Schiphol is located about 18km
southwest of the city centre. Trains run to Amsterdam Centraal
Station leaving every ten minutes during the day, and
every hour at night (12.30pm–6am). The journey takes between
fifteen and twenty minutes and costs €3.40.

Around Town can be done on foot as
Amsterdam's most attractions are clustered in th city Centre.
However, we recommend hiring bikes.
Few
Good Points, From mid-October to mid-March the climate is miserable, with
a lot of rain. If you can aim to visit this
amsterdam in the summer months.
Eating
Amsterdam is filled with places to eat and drink, and you
will have no trouble finding somewhere convenient and enjoyable to suit your budget.
However, on Friday and Saturday nights either start early (between 6pm and 7pm) or make a
reservation.
